Generation Y is experiencing a nation-wide increase of the number of brain cancer patients and nobody knows why. A survey was taken and the number of Gen Y brain cancer patients has increased by 64 percent. One man comes out to the public and media to shares his [[theory]]:

Since his medical school days, Dr. Leary has developed his theory linking smart phone use to brain cancer. However, none of his professors, colleagues, or peers sided with him because smart phones were part of everyday life. After hours, days, and months of tests and calculations, Dr. Leary found the connection between smart phones and brain cancer: the technology has caused a [[mutated]] cell.

She invites guests each week such as famous doctors, cancer specialists, and famous figures - all who belive different things. Finally, when Dr. Leary publicizes his discovery and cure, she calls him onto her [show]<show|! These days, in the year 2053, people are almost 90% of people rely on Facebook for thier main source of news. The public read up and took part in comments and posts about Dr. Leary's theory and hopped onto the bandwagon of disbelief. The public made snarky and rude comments stating how they did not believe and everyday object could cause such harm and how [[Dr. Leary]] was out of his mind.

Dr. Leary has no proof. This is only speculation. Anyone could have made such crazy assumptions! Phones are an everyday asset that have been around for years. Why now? I do not think that [[Dr. Leary]] is being logical about this issue.

Seeing all of this, Dr. Leary lost faith in the cause, the media, and the public. Because of this, Dr. Leary quit his resarch and search for a cure. The public never saw a cure and Gen Y was soon wiped out and smart phones continued to be constantly used every second of every day. The fate of the next generation is unknown.
